Renewing Season Ticket Holders
Fans that renew their season tickets prior to the April 1, 2023 UAB Football Priority Seat Deadline will be assigned a seat selection appointment time. Seat selection appointment times are assigned based on the Blazer Boosters Priority Point System. These times will span throughout the months of April and May in which fans will be able to view available seating options for the 2023 season. Season ticket holders that renew their seats by April 1 will enter the 3D seat selection and relocation process with their same seating location from the 2022 season. Football season ticket holders will then have the opportunity to improve their seat location or keep their same seats from the previous year. Additional seats and parking may also be added for the 2023 season at this time.
All season parking will be selected during the 2023 UAB Football Seat Selection and Relocation Process beginning in mid-April.
New Season Ticket Holders
Fans that did not have season tickets in 2022 and purchased their seats prior to the April 1, 2023 UAB Football Priority Seat Deadline will also be assigned a seat selection appointment time. Seat selection appointment times are assigned based on the Blazer Boosters Priority Point System. These times will span throughout the months of April and May. During the 3D seat selection and relocation process, fans will be able to view and select available seating and parking options for the 2023 season. Fans will be able to keep these seats in future years as long as they renew by the April 1 deadline. The seats will be in your account next year and you will have the option to keep or upgrade these seating locations moving forward.
Blazer Boosters
Your 2023 Blazer Boosters renewal statement is forthcoming and will include a summary of your past support to UAB Athletics including philanthropic support as well as scholarship seat fees. The continued investment in our Blazer student-athletes allows them to have a world-class experience during their time at UAB. Blazer Boosters members make an impact on over 450 student-athletes from the time they step on campus through the Blazer Scholarship Fund, Capital Initiatives and Sport Specific Giving. Please note that scholarship seat fees related to your seating location at Protective Stadium will be included on your 2023 Blazer Boosters renewal statement and not your season ticket renewal invoice.
Your Impact Beyond the Field
The opportunity to support our student-athletes beyond the field is through a Blazer Boosters membership. Regardless of your seating locations, you can still make an impact on the Blazers with a gift to the Blazer Scholarship Fund. Contributions to this area provide annual scholarship support to our student-athletes and has a direct impact on their educational pursuit at UAB.
Alumni and Employee Discounts
UAB Alumni and Employees are eligible for a 10% discount on both Football and Men’s Basketball season tickets. This 10% discount is applied to the season ticket portion and does not reduce any scholarship seat fees required for priority seating locations. Employee Payroll Deduction
UAB Employees are eligible to pay for their Blazer Boosters contributions, UAB Football and Men’s Basketball season tickets through payroll deduction. Season tickets and annual Blazer Boosters memberships can be paid via payroll deduction and employees can reach out to the UAB Athletics Ticket Office at (205) 975-UAB1 for more information. Parking and any other additional items are not eligible for payroll deduction.
